Below is some questions we are frequently asked, hopefully they answer any questions you may have. However, if there is something specific you would like to know then please don't hesitate to get in contact.

How do I arrange delivery?

We will get in contact via phone or email once you have purchased your items to arange a delivery date and time that suits you.
Will you stack my wood for me in a chosen location?

We don't offer a stacking service. However our logs are deliverd in large sacks that we will place in your shed/garage for you or these can easily be covered to keep the rain out. We wont just dump the logs on your drive and leave, unless this is what you have requested.
Do you offer discounts for multiple orders?

Yes, when your order is over £225 you'll get 10% discount with the coupon code "wood", that's just three sacks of logs. So save yourself some money and stock up for winter.
Does your wood have a low moisture content?

All of our products are seasoned for at least one year in our barns, we take extra care to choose the best wood that gives a long, hot burn and with the lowest moisture content.
